I collaborate closely with architects, contractors, project managers, electricians, plumbers, framers, window specialists, and local municipalities to create spaces that are both functional and beautifully tailored. Through careful planning, coordination, and multiple design revisions, every detail is refined to ensure the layout, flow, and overall vision are executed seamlessly. This collaborative process allows us to transform concepts into well-crafted homes that are efficient, buildable, and designed to stand the test of time.

Concept and inspiration

For this project, we wanted to lean into the modern but cozy feeling. Organic textures, materials, as well as light colored wood and champagne gold all achieve a spa like feel.

Renderings bring a design to life before construction begins, allowing the experience of a space with remarkable realism and detail. Through carefully crafted visualizations, understanding the scale, materials, lighting, and overall atmosphere becomes much more obtainable. For luxury custom residences, renderings serve as a powerful communication tool, helping refine design decisions, build confidence throughout the process, and ensure the final result aligns with the vision.

Elevations

Elevations are an essential part of the design process, transforming ideas into precise, buildable plans. Once renderings are approved, I create highly detailed and measured drawings of each wall in the space. They communicate every detail of a space—from cabinetry and millwork to lighting, materials, and architectural features—ensuring that the final construction reflects the original design intent. Thoughtfully developed elevations provide the clarity and coordination needed to achieve a seamless, high-end result while allowing full visualization of future spaces before construction begins.
